Crash(?) warping to sanctum from exo

This is what I was presented with when warping to sanctum on Zahlba:

Controls completely unresponsive.

Had to quit game (ps4)

Did the game just freeze as opposed to returning to the PS4 home screen and submitting the crash information?

Yes, game frozen at the screenshots above.

I had to ‘force close’ the game, if you will.

I get this on PC also, both swapping characters and going to sanctum, Have for awhile.
