I placed 2c location tokens at my shop at DK mall (shortcut XY 65) for anyone who needs a bit of help. Warping looks like it’s free.
It does not matter. It is creative. Creative worlds are separate inventories from survival ones.

I assume it will not unlock colors for other worlds, though, I am not sure if that was ever explicitly stated.

wait wut? Creative you can select your colors you want? Did i miss that perk?
If it did we’d have access to all colors immediately since creative can be any color
