I really meant what I said. . whoever he is trying to help out or encourage. . try it out and see. Again, I really do not think there is anything in the CoC that says it is prohibited and the developers want to encourage cooperation. The worst you do is maybe waste some time, but if it makes things better than great.
BTW it was another thread posting of yours but I do agree centralizing shops in a city seems better to me also. I know I prefer to not have to wander too much and some of the cities can get pretty confusing to find individual builds in. At least the players wanting to have store have done what they can to encourage buyers to check them out with less effort.
