Just downloaded the game, when i try to create a character the game will return the error

There was an error at creating this character, please try again later.

Idk what to do

Are you on PC or PS4? Did you get to do any of the character creation?

On PC, i am able to customize the character and choose the basic stuff, then input the name and all that jazz.

It just wont let me finish the process

Probably not the issue, but make sure there are no spaces in your character name.

Did it ask you to pick a planet type and region?

Man, I’d say that sounds like a full server, but he should be able to, at least, get to the sanctum.

So, very fast update haha.

I just randomly tried again and it decided to work, i have no idea what happened but im on the game now

If anyone else encounters this problem, it may be worth sending us a game log just after the error occurs, even if you managed to get into the game later on. Here are the details below:
