How to reproduce:
I assume its as easy as… digging steps down through the soil until eventually it decides to eat you! (does not happen often - although it has happened to 3 of my characters so far)
Fix(???): once you find the soft spot (if iit happense to you) just dig next to it and that seems to fix it
Location: -1,919N -2,288E Altitude 84 (Solum) - this is the block just above the problem block
