okay I see the bug… the intention of the code here is that the “extra blocks” scattered are supposed to have a fully random colour but its not behaving correctly and in the last version i guess was largely giving “black” instead of a uniform spread.
Oh something has most definitely changed the way black gleam appears this time, previous events it was included in basically 95% of all meteors, now it appears as any other colour does it seems. Last event I had over 1000 black gleam at the end and only 1 or 2 other colours were just greater than 100. So far in this event I probably went at least 20-30 meteors before I even saw a piece. No big deal though, worst gleam colour ever.
I might be just imagining it, but it seems the pure colours are appearing more frequently now too and they have always been the rarest to find, it’s like all the colours now have an equal probability of appearing.

I remember finding black/grey gleam in the center of a lot of GB meteors last time…haven’t found any yet this time.

Yeah I have like 600 black from last time but all the others stayed below then with just a couple colors hitting a bit more than 100.
Black gleam is overrated.

I am loving all these colors. I’m okay not getting black if it means I get more of these rare ones I have never seen before. I would rather get vivid, brights, and luminous gleams instead of black.

I made a mass craft of lanterns and deco gleam and I haven’t used them that much

… Of course, easy solution here could be, just give us a black gleam exo (lots of gleam on it of course) and make everybody happy. Hehe.

I’m having a blast with this!
I’m not really a “block-head hunter”, but it is great to see some lewt and items for those of us that arent really into the colory-colors thing.
I was running around earlier, and there was no lag or bunch of people going for the same meteor. I was worried that was going to be a problem, but seems like everyone is quite well spread out

Thats not to mention that now we get all gb meteors and not half half meteors. Also, the spawn rates seem to be increased. I dont run for 20 mins until i find one like i used to.
Imo, this event did many things right.

Yeah, this is the first gleambow that i can participate in and i’m absolutely loving it.
Sure i have some issues with draw distance and not knowing where the meteor is. But the event itself is fantastic. Fun consumables, fun mechanics, fun loot. 10/10 from me.

I particularly enjoyed going in group hunts where they wait for more cuttles to spawn. Easier to locate gb meteors when you have a dozen people with you. Also, good that they wait xD. Gives me time to reach if i am lagging. Thats not to mention the ton of sacs you get. Only complain is short buff durations but meh not a big issue. Might turn the sacs to trophies and oort dolls (or whatever their name lol)

So it’s mostly solo for me. But that’s the beauty of it, the event caters for both playstyles!
