Waited for a couple of minutes and the unplayable connection issue did not reduce. Just wanted to go to my Houchus base to grab some stuff but guess I’m stuck for now. 
I thought I’d post this because this seems different to the connection spikes I normally get on Houchus.
On the first screenshot, the much lower latency at 15s+ was just before I went through a portal to arrive at Houchus.
Was it just occurring around that specific area?
To be honest I can’t know for certain, because usually when I’m on Houchus I’m around that specific area anyway. When it happens again I will try to walk around/further a bit more. Let me know if you want some coordinates though.
But I’ve had other people visit me in this area a few times recently – sometimes I had this unplayable connection issue and the other person didn’t; other times the other person did have that issue, and I didn’t.
