“adding” a block, will never ever cause prestige to go down (it did in the old system) [ this also means “removing” a block, will never ever cause prestige to go up ]
the non-linearity of the system may mean that adding a bit of dirt adds 0 prestige, 10 prestige, or 100000 prestige (and removing it removing that same amount) depending on the entire rest of the beacon.
