oh and also you only get the notification of it being ready when you enter Sanctum, else just have a peek on the location tab, under worlds. It will appear there in the top.
The two I’ve done were ready for me in the early morning of UK time.
Did you fill out the form they sent to your email?
Are you certain you used the correct email & character name on the form?
If not, this can sometimes cause a delay & require dev assistance - as in this case:
