Are you really trying to tell me that there’s no difference between a 60 player hunt and one with 20? Call me crazy, but I’ve seen a difference.
I was just on a hunt with maybe 20 people and we were getting 5’s and 6’s.
I’m just sharing my observations and adding a few suggestions here. It’s not my fault that this thread has opened up some controversy.

I’m having a hard time smiling after reading that pre edit bashing. I didn’t deserve that.
I’m tired of seeing people come on these forums to bash other players that aren’t at their “level”. It’s running people off & uncalled for.

This is obviously something we are all passionate about,
but unless there is anything more meaningful to discuss, this will likely be my last post here, as it seems to have degenerated quite a bit.
Because it’s fun! And it’s how some of us like to play. And most of us don’t mind if not everyone brings the best gear they can. And most of us that don’t care are happy to donate gear to those that can’t afford it, and most of those then very quickly become active hunters if they enjoy it, unless they have some other issue as has been pointed out multiple times above.
Petition the devs to make loot scale depending on effort. Since the minimum age for this game is 7, I’m sure they will very nicely tell you to stick your suggestion.
My recent hunts have averaged 5-6 players. With 5, we might easily defeat level 4 meteors on a Tier 5 planet. A 6th person shows up late and all of a sudden we’re getting level 5 meteors that are quite challenging, and use a lot more resources to defeat, for a slightly higher reward.
Does that mean we should shun the sixth player, because they’ve made the hunt harder just by turning up? Because if so, maybe we’re (My hunting group) all playing the game wrong, because we all take a deep breath, laugh about how difficult that was and how many times we died, and how close we came to losing (And at least once, we did lose a meteor) and we move on to the next meteor!
Most of the complaints are either exaggerated, or relate to hypothetical problems, not real problems.
There is a solution already in place: If you don’t like it, don’t participate!
You assumed I was blaming players for being there. Not the case. All I said is that the lag is worse when there’s more people.
This is bashing. Your sarcasm and wording make me out to be someone who can’t stand anyone that isn’t top level. Couldn’t be farther from the truth. I simply respect the ladder. It’s poison for low level players to see the endgame so soon. I remember being low level. Boundless is a magic place when there’s so much you don’t know about it.

Tbh I don’t have a problem with players doing whatever in a hunt.
Since there are many different reasons as to why they could be doing what they are doing.
Am I also someone that shouldn’t get revived too? Since I have to stop sometimes, or have to only loot sometimes because my laptop can’t handle what’s going on?
The only problem I have is regen bombing.
Players should play how they want. If the game is allowing them to go to hunts wherever, then those players will appear in those hunts.

I WILL lag on certain servers REGARDLESS of population amount. Its a minuet issue that boundless needs to fix. Pay for more server data perhaps. No one cares about the authoritarian “Corrective” that will do what exactly? Acting like this is real, where the avatars are real and you can judge what exactly their roll is and if they qualify. This is fine for venting but In my opinion it is a pointless piece. When someone keeps regening meteors, I video it. I private message them, I am polite and besides that there is nothing one can do. I don’t know the details to say you should be banned or now anyone that looks like you should be banned as well. Tell me, where do you draw the lines to weed out those you think are leechers? I am a “ leecher”. How many accounts do I have? Ban me, I have 9 emails accounts non linking. I have ps4, steam , epic, x box. What are you going to do?
Not directly @ you…but if this is how several of you feel, perhaps it would be better if yall would start a suggestion thread & suggest that planets have player progression/level dependencies. ie: you must be level 50 before you can access level T6+ planets, etc.
Your “Role” is the fact that you host hunts on a regular basis… your hunts are obtainable for lower level players and are about having fun and helping the community.
I think I’ve got video of Jacey standing off behind a rock hill during a hunt or two lol. I just figured he was texting someone or something & I went back to keeelin critters lol

Thanks for sharing, I missed that the first time! I love to see parents playing with their kids, I had a father-son duo beside me for awhile but they disappeared. I’d love to have more families near. I never had children myself but love them, they’ll always crack you up with their antics and honesty.
It’s very simple. Don’t revive the Sideliners if it’s that big an issue. I, on the other hand, am too busy looting and killing to even notice who’s in or out! I see someone down I revive. I revive because of all the reasons stated above. It could be a newbie, it could be skill set, it could be a child, It could that someone is a lonewolf that needs oort and doesn’t enjoy the hunt, but needs either the oort/loot for money, portals that we may well benefit from and/or coin that may well end up in our shops. I do not particularly want to revive alts, though, but, as said, am too busy to notice any of this anyway! Please, please don’t discourage people from these hunts, we really do need the numbers. That’s just a fact.
I think the issue are those who play multiple accounts PS4 and PC at the same time. One toon is afk with a loot stick on one account while the person plays the other.
