Nice, i feel sometimes the same. I live and build in my base, only out to farm materials from time to time, and totally missing all the new builds and players.

Really!? Where!?
We have a portal directly to 4TheKing and a couple of them are in my guild. To think, people could be so close and yet so far lol.
I’ll have to take a screenshot from the from the Sanctuary to really give you a good idea… but if you are viewing the topography of the map we are very close to 4TheKing where the desert meets the forest and a Tall really flat pink glacier hill.
There is another player living very close to us but they let their portal run out of fuel.
I personally am loving this country living… life in the city is too much… If you ever want to get a local economy going let me know… I would far rather buy/sell locally between our settlements.

Also, just happened to run into Vansten last night, and that was fun! It’s really cool running into people from the forums actually out there in the world.
Makes it feel so much more alive!

Well, I wouldn’t exactly say that it’s country living… (I live in Cloud City, which is currently the Capital of Imdarri)
We just have a direct connection to 4TheKing and I’ve been meaning to get around to exploring there since I’ve been seeing some new Guildmates from that city.
We run a pretty nice shop though if you wanted to stop by! Or checking out the quest center we have too.

I agree 110%!!! I’m going to add to this a bit. It’s also amazing running into them in game, here on the forums during the day, then chatting with them on discord at night!
The community here pulls you in and you can get a real feel for it when engaged in conversation through voice instead of just through text. Being able to do that adds more color to a person’s character. You’ll see someone during the day here on the forum going off on a post and having a rough morning. Then later in the day, you’ll be talking with them and that person will be laughing, having a great time in game. It’s an amazing feeling!!!
Thinking about it, I’ve wondered what some of you guys/gals real voice sounds like.

If you’re on Duskmoor, I’ve probably waved at you many times by now! I should still open up a connection to good ol Duskmoor sometime. My current main base is on Phem too.

I came for a nosey around the other day and it’s quickly become one of my favourite places!
Not usually a big fan of city type areas but there are so many wonderful and whimsical builds that I spent aaages just looking around!
I love the history section too with player info, had a read as they were mostly names I recognised.
I know I didn’t explore it all so will definitely be back for a closer inspection!

Definitely! Perhaps we should build a huge hall of fame… Then we will DEFINITELY need to be able to put up screen shots as paintings so we can have everyone’s portraits!

Starting building as soon as I’m back on haha, coming up with some questions to ask people who want to be featured for when it’s done ambitious but I’m gonna give it a go.
Thinking about putting a sign on the floor under each with a hidden shop stand (so the sign displays the item, I think that’s how it’s done lol) and have a favourite item or tool or whatever. So hunters would have a sling, miners a hammer, builders a chisel and so on

One thing for sure, but only for those who’d be interested (some are private people) might be to have an optional question for how to contact them outside the game, to learn more about them - guild or forum profile info, social media, YouTube, ect. Definitely the YouTube content creators would be the first people I’d nominate for this, don’t want to embarrass them but Jiivita and Vex for example - that would be huge, to have links to the tutorial and other information IN the game I think.

Definitely a great Idea a Contact Me sign would be good, as an option as you say. So it could have base coords, forum name, discord name and any other links. I’m thinking people can just answer as many or as few questions as they would like and keep their air of mystery if they wish!
When I have my questions I may PM you them if that’s okay and you can tell me what you think
