This happened to a friend of mine. She got bouncy feet quirk stuck on her character. Tried everything. Same tool with quirk, other tools with quirk, other tools with other quirks, death, changing characters nothing worked.
Someone said to do this, it didn’t work for her but maybe it will for you.
