Added the association of gems → elements (to explain the system a little better)
Nice! So the last 3 are gems as well, but not related to the elements?
Yeah, they’re special gems.
Ok, let’s have a proper go at this…
Blink, Rift & Oort? (in that order hopefully!)
- Wrong one
- Nope, none of these are Rift.
- Ding ding ding
I don’t suppose any of them are called Warp?
… There’s no such thing as a Legit Explosive element Norfleet
they only drop as electric, fire, corrosive & Slag
that gun was hacked
ok…
- Warp
- Blink
- Oort
Ding ding ding ding ding ding ding. Correct!
YES I was right
@Stretchious was more right but we don’t talk about that
Yup, good job on the prod there
For some reason I had in my head that warp was some kind of rock - not sure why!
It was mostly because I have been reading Warhammer 40K recently oh and hypping Stellaris and discussiing warp drives.
Actually it seems my last week have basically been leading up to that comment
I’ve updated the post at the top now you’ve sleuthed it
I see space for 2 additional elements in there
IMO over half these icons are confusing. Not that it matters that much, but it doesn’t make it as intuitive as it ‘could’ be. Looking forwards to the devlog.
Hope that Topaz (Shock) will give me an opportunity to increase my move speed when im not in battle, would be useful for trading
So the bottom 4 have their own gems too?
I’m thinking:
(idk, maybe purple garnet? I feel amethyst would fit better here by coloring ), aquamarine, magenta tourmaline, moonstone (maybe?)
I´m not sure how I feel about the use of real world gem names in a game that uses fancy made-up names for everything else
I know, those fancy made-up names like sand, rock, wood, leaves and soil can be such a pain to remember hehe
I’m so glad they haven’t used something like unobtainium though!
I just laughed so hard. Thank you hahahaha
