It should just filter as you type. You have to have at least 3 chars.

You have immense caching going on in your browser. That screenshot of yours is from about 12 builds ago lol.
I can implement cache busting for some things but make sure you’re clearing your cache.
EDIT: It looks like this now:
Added filters for region, type, atmosphere, name, and tier. Much more to come!
Just wondering, is there a way to organize it by blink distance or even just by Tier. Seems to be just randomly naming planets even when you put a filter like US East.
