Machine and coil hp not merging

I’ve noticed that when repairing my machines, the hp bar on top was not from all the coils + machine so when it was full my coils were still damaged.

Only way I had to know when all coils were good to go was when the repair log stopped showing on the side of the screen.

Machine is fully fixed but coils are not. Only way to know they are fully repaired is when the log stops showing or you stop gaining xp.
