This is incorrect. If you took the time to actually look at what Hytale does and compare it to Minecraft, the differences are pretty obvious. I am not just talking about building, how modifiable it is compared to Minecraft, and how much actual lore and story there is to the sandbox experience compared to Minecraft. There’s just a lot more out of the box in Hytale. A lot of that has to do with it not being bogged down by garbage coding.
There is no Minecraft 2.0.
Anyways, it would be nice to be able to mine up some Oort.
I mean, you kind of would expect a second game in a series to be better than the first one in as many ways as possible. That’s what I meant by it, at least when judging from what we know about the game, as all we really have is the curated news we get.
I’ve had my hopes destroyed many times before, by game projects like this, so I’m skeptical until I can try it myself, or hear opinions from outside the devs.
