you should follow the link to compare the specs you posted to the specs listed as the minimum requirements. If they are at or above the same level of quality, then yes, it should run fine 
Just make sure your drivers are up to date so you don’t get rainbow vomit syndrome.
Also, avast antivirus doesn’t like the game very much, and AMD requires up to date drivers or else you get the RVS
That should have no problem running it. Just play with the detail settings to get it perfect.
I have a slightly beefier old laptop that I’ve used for my second account off and on, GTX 560m, 16 gb ddr3 ram at 1600 and a quad core cpu that runs 3.0 and it’ll run it at 30-40 fps with most of the settings at the lowest. Stay away from clusters of portals lol, I have a GTX 1080 ti and a Intel i7 990x(6 core 3.5 gh) and my fps dips from 130-140 to 40-50 when I get around portal hubs.
