the percentages arent targets that the resource generation tries to achieve, if you claim all the diamonds in the world and mine them out except for one small area… that one small area will still only have the same percentage of diamonds it had originally (or less (*)

If I read this correctly, as long as all resources are mined, regen bombs should be fine for a public copper mine. Right? Especially in white atlas spots on alder… regen away - just strip-mine
