When the oort took over raxxa, they found it as a place of safety and therefore turned it into a residential hub. Real estate blossomed. the main real estate company: bloodline horizon, established claim over the entire planet. the present day city is named after that company. The natives weren’t happy about that. they created monoliths and used the oort’s portals to get to many other planets and build monoliths on them.they were used as military stations to clear out real estate near those areas. the oort stopped them and buried the monoliths in the sea. they couldn’t find the ones they established on other planets. this was the last planet that the oort lived on. they took it as sanctuary.
