How the heck you you understand the portal blink chart I don’t get it I need a portal to finta to goysha the numbers are 22 3 and 4 I don’t get it?

Just click the starting planet and looking for the destination planet in the list. Tabs at the bottom you will want the second “Block Count”

Not sure where you were looking at. But from following your link I only saw it say 19 blinksec. Which is 15 conduits min(7 shards an hour)

you could also add the planets to your world list and go to either Finata or Gyosha
and look at the other planet from your world list to show blinksecs distance example in screenshot from my sovereign to another planet.
and then check the blinksecs info
so 3 conduit will be required for me
