new update made it so I could claim the last bit of my road that was off by 1 plot besides a build because of beacon projecting area

The grey ones were “dark grey” coloured to try and blend better with the metal trim on the barrels.
A big thank you to @james for adding the ability to collect and paint resources blocks.
In this shot the resources were already there but the ability to paint them black was just amazing.
My builds will never be the same after this.

So I was looking through my feats page to see what needed completing and not surprisingly the “creatures defeated with a bomb” feat stood out above all else with not a single feat level completed on any of my characters…
…Being an industrious fella I decided to remedy that situation by forging myself some over the top emerald bombs and go out bomb hunting.
The first part of the plan went well, forging success x 10!
The next part of the plan however… mixed results. I was able to defeat a low level Serpensarindi meteor, however in the process I also defeated (deleted) parts of the planet.
What was once a peaceful and more importantly, a FLAT glacier surface is now a major safety concern to any unsuspecting tourists through the region.
The 30 block deep hole was the result of a heavily armoured wildstock spawning and taking about 6 bombs to kill.
Summary: Much fun was had, but as a staunch oortian conservationist my heart bled a little for the innocent blocks that lost their lives. However mother nature is resilient and she will recover in time I am sure.
So would anyone be interested in joining me for a large scale bombs-only meteor hunt? A good sense of humour and a decent set of bombs will be required obviously and I’m sure the results will be hilarious.

It would be highly inefficient and very irresponsible, but then all the fun ideas are!
Imagine the devastation 20 people would cause if that’s the damage by me alone.

I really would like to join a bomb hunt, but you have to sell me some of those super forged bombs! I can come with fast/streight/healing and I think this time would be usefull even the regen once!!

As long as we remember to get Falling Armour skill points, having the floor get ripped out from beneath us lol. And maybe warn a dev that the server might crash with all those bombs going off

I’m more than happy to supply the bombs to people at a very cheap price if they cant forge them for themselves.
@Ovis haha, I can assure you that there will be many many deaths regardless of falling armour or floating pies. I’ve done it before with medium size groups on a single meteor and you end up at mantle very fast.
We might have to talk to @georgegroeg about organising this if we can get enough interest… it’s definitely a reaper style hunt and their deities will be pleased with us all getting the “reaper buff” (death penalty) so frequently.

Oh yeah bomb hunts are fun. @wakeNbake We haven’t done one in awhile how did last nights go? Missed the hunt a couple days ago too. But it was 2am here. Is Tamel back?

Yeah he never really left… the only guy I’ve ever seen log in and play every single day after he quit, haha
Yep we must arrange a proper bomb hunt one of these days soon when we can get a good sized group together, see if we can obliterate an entire planet to mantle, lol
