Now back to the topic:

I have talked to him and there is a chance that he will fill his fire! So the buildings would be preserved and (I still hope so) he will come back someday!

Did James use his Dev character and Did james actually see the smoking beacon, check up on it every X amount of hours like everyone else? Or was he able to see exactly when it was going to expire and used that information to ensure he got it?

Ehhh,there was no smoking beacon, Ghandy has GC, he wanted to delete the beacon and regen it, James wanted to preserve the build and took over the plots.

So I have no clue why this would be a bad thing!

If James did it in a 100% normal way like any other player would have to, then I have no problem.

Plots were given to James in a normal way, he even had to manually re-plot everything with Ghandy being present…

I like the idea of a Preservation Guild. There are some great places I’d want to make sure to keep if only I can remember where they are.
