Yeah, Houchus is not a very new player planet lol When I did get to level 50+ I very much enjoyed that build. It amazed me how you got that area so big and circle to be seen many blinks away
Fun little cutesy game about blocks looks like it’s made for kids, except everyone is at least 30+ and we are all less than half of a feature away from having straight up mafia controlled exos, footfall syndicates, and planets paved in buffer plots.
It really shows the meat of player interactions when everyone is safe, no one can really escape one another, and there is no in-game way to resolve most issues that crop up when pushy people get going… It’s ugly. Like someone said here already it makes us all look bad and can be frustrating enough just seeing new specifically-unspecific threads like this using a bunch of buzzwords… …it can push folks away, reading periodic drama-centric broadcasts like this and being reminded of the times we’ve had conflicts in the past…
The less that topics like this linger in the air around the game - the better.
Yes i agree about videoing infact last week i was busy smashing gleamball and had some person bullying me.They were follwing me and trying to get in my face ,fireing there silly weapon at me following me everywhere i went.I just chased them back and clapped my hands basicly showing they cant intimidate me.I guess it wasnt real bullying but more of an aim to annoy me.I recorded it all just incase they claim i started on them.I can handle weirdos but maybe another person could of felt intimidated by them.I keep myself to myself and just block anyone who gets under my skin that way noone can speak to me in chat and bug me.Ps4 is pretty good as have a camera on it.Im Loving boundless still.also i try n not do live streams now and pre record just incase some weirdo trys to ruin my stream.
Can we not read flagged comments anymore? It’s probably for the best but I’m still a little sad about that, lol.
I think this could be considered griefing. I’d report it to @Tiggs just to be sure.
Yeah, there has been times that I’ve read flagged comments and saw no reason that they should be flagged. And I’ve read others that needed to be flagged but weren’t.
When I first started playing boundless I remember a lot of people coming up to me to offer help and resources which really helped me at first, I was in debt to these people, so I moved on, but I always had the idea in the back of my mind to give back to these same people who helped me, that’s why i fell in love with Boundless and the community.
I used farms that some players had built, which were very useful to craft my firss blocks, and visit pretty stores and malls like DK where I could spend my modest coins.
As I grew up, I also helped new players, but I soon realized that some turned their backs on me, while others became good friends. Some stopped playing and others unfortunately left this world,
But there’s one thing I’ve learned: helping is good, but it doesn’t necessarily help the person who has to learn the mechanics of the game by himself
I think I’m right when I say that Boundless has a special place in everyone’s heart, a place where good things and bad things happen. Remember your first minute on that first planet, the first stone you laid, your first gem, your first friends, your first enemies, the challenges you set yourself and overcame.
I loved all those moments on Boundless, let’s just try to make sure that new players have those same memories. Those who are here to ruin the experience of others have no place in this adventure.
What I’m trying to say is that, for some people, boundless has been a breath of fresh air, for others a way of forgetting their worries or illnesses, so let’s not break this wonderful adventure.
My English is horrible as you know, I just hope I’ve managed to make myself understood, the little Frenchy that I am doesn’t post often but when I do, I do it from the heart. Boundless is great, you guys are amazing, I just hope we can all put these quarrels aside and move on.
I wish you all the best.
