ah yes. well you should try to gather it up and post it with all of the details because i keep getting more and more confused hence asking the same questions all the time xD
my Idea on this is that a player can set up a special sign at his house that other players can get a quest from, and he quest maker can just leave the quest open to anyone who wants to do it. he can log out and accumulate goodies from the quest as long as other players are willing to do it and the quest maker has enough resources in his inventory/house to pay everyone who comes back with the goods.
also, nobody gets ripped off as long as the quester and the quest-ee both get what they want.
so with this setup you can have someone who wants to do a big building project, and he has a lot of money, so he puts up a quest saying something like: “bring me 50 bricks and I’ll give you some money.”
he logs out for a while and when he gets back, BOOM! ten people have done his quest and he has enough to make the project of his dreams.
how’s that?
An automatic trade for money system, curious, pretty good idea if you can set a limit, so say ‘‘i need 10 bricks’’ and the quest have 5 charges, so when 5 people have completed it then it cannot be completed more, the quest giver could decide himself how many he needs of an item so he didnt just lose all of his gold when he gets back because he couldnt take the sign down.
right good Idea. I don’t want to give away all my gold for one million dirt blocks.
you know, conceiveably, a bunch of these could be put up to make a shop.
May be for shops you just can use a box or table instead, where you can put in the item(s) and set a price. Would be looking better then a sign ;
yeah, but the sign is for telling what’s in the box and what you need to do to get it.
perhaps a box with a sign on it!
