That’s the problem the moment Monumental took over. NOTHING HAPPENDED !
Nobody is working on the game, no dev team, no progress, no updates, no information, simply a lot of silence or same simple answers that they ‘are in the process…’.
Too bad a good game with a lot of potential will have the same fate as Crowfall…

There was some minor communication around the transfer:
Granted, since it’s been over a year, I had at least expected some communication around the transfer, or its progress. If I had to guess, if there was any holdup I am sure it revolves Sony. They tend to suck.
I can’t say if there is or isn’t a dev team…that would be on @Tiggs and @monty1 to enlighten us with.
As far as the fate of Boundless, I’ll stick by what I said, if I were Monumental, I’d make like Elsa and Let It Go.
I’ll keep playing and enjoying it while I can.
I don’t see anything happening and I am not the only one.
If there was good news they would have told us instantly.
I will write another review on Steam, maybe that helps.
Yet you continue to come back to the forums, venting and actively trying to ruin the fun of everybody who has not yet followed you on your pointless crusade against Monumental. How very mature and how very kind hearted of you. 
Ah good to know you are one of those who wants to silence people that stopped playing Boundless.
People are allowed to speak up @Grimdian , you may not like what they say but that is fine.
I still hope we get own hosted servers, but hope is all I have.
No information, no sign of life from naybody at Monumental and can only gather information myself and see where all this is going with Boundless. I have nothing to be positive about so far.

i find it nasty if someone buys up a project im passionate about and then leaves me in the dark for a full year and if i want to learn about them i have to look around the webs and all i see is story about buying another project and then shutting it down
also trying to poke them a bit just wonna see if they still alive 
I want you to understand that what you are doing is not helping your cause. The only thing you are doing is annoy the remaining community and harm the game you all always claim you care so much about. Monumental doesn’t care about your antics. And quite frankly, the don’t have to care. They don’t owe you anything. You bought a product and dare I say, got your money’s worth. You are not entitled to having your favourite game owned by a company that operates in the way you wish they would. We all would like things to be better, but it’s simply out of our control. 
And just for the record, freedom of speech only defends you from government persecution. It does not grant you the right to complain about someone in their own home. So yes, you are entitled to your own opinion, but monumental doesn’t have to grant you a platform to voice it. They do though as long as you stay civil 
And just if there was any doubt: no I’m not happy with how things are handled. I am happy the game’s still up and running though.
All I want is (some) information what Monumental is going to do with Boundless.
It is not that impossible for Monty to inform us with some info or even show that he is still alive.
Well, I wouldn’t expect any. I have reached out to him on Discord, via his email, via the support email and on the forums.
I even offered my help as I have been programming and doing graphic design for nearly 25 years.
All that said, I’ve exhausted myself in trying to get any information. All I wanted to was to hopefully hear there was some progress or simply get any speck of info on whether Boundless has any sort of future other than the current norm.
As long as the servers are still online there is little hope, when the servers are offline it is too late.
Why?
Theres other gamea out there, ofcourse boundless is unique in its way but for me replaceable, the future is bright for games of this genre, so if the servers go down and boundless closes its door i had a good time and will juat move on
I miss the lively, vibrant game from around the time we started getting exos. I just wish something would be done that could bring the masses back to the game.
Monumental are winners because…They have demonstrated how not to communicate with a player base
Thanks to Monumental we can avoid similar treatment of people in our own businesses
I check in from time to time on this game which my family members and I fell in love with… it’s a real shame the developers have just abandoned it, this game deserves better, this community deserves better and those responsible for the state of things should be ashamed of themselves.
