Release 221.3 - PlayStation 4 only:

Fixed an issue where the PS4 chunk cache could become corrupted. Once this happened the game would no longer be able to use the cache and the performance of exploring world, transitioning portals and entering the universe could be significantly compromised.

The fix does force an invalidation of the entire PS4 chunk cache which will result in slower world loading whilst the cache is repopulated. This will naturally happen as you play the game - no special actions are required.

NOTE: We are also aware that some PS4 players have been experiencing extreme frame rate drops. This has been reported by players when bombs are thrown and / or whilst standing in certain locations. We’re attempting to reproduce these issues to understand the cause. If you experience anything like this please post any reproducible actions or locations to Community Support to help us track it down. Thanks!
