1. Can you confirm how far into the game you get?

   • Do you see the sign-in panel?
   • Do you get a grey welcome screen?
   • Do you get into the Sanctum?

2. Please make sure you have the required dependencies installed:

You can try manually installing dependencies and see if that helps. Their under the _CommonRedist folder of your Boundless install, example: c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Boundless_CommonRedist Just go through the subfolders and the run the executables. You can’t damage anything by trying it.
