Your key has not been redeemed yet. You should click on the “Configure your world” link in the key email to setup your world. Once submitted the world will be generated and added to the universe.

I already clicked on the configure world in my email on the 16th. Like I always do when I purchase a planet. Which took me the setup like with my other worlds. And did the process and created my world.
And once finished the page even confirmed that?
So I’m guessing even though I did that and it said “It was submitted.” It never actually went through?
It’s possible you did completed the form correctly - but there is no response for us to generate. Maybe Google Forms had a moment.
If you resubmit the form then we’ll be able to generate the world.
