/roll added to game for dice roll

It would be helpful if we could use the dice system in game.
/roll = 1-6
/roll100 = 1-100
/rollX = 1-X
ect so we could either default to a normal dice roll, or dictate the amount to roll for custom numbers.

Your party enters the abandoned casino. Rows of slot machines, poker tables and roulette tables stretch out into the darkness before you.

A single slot machine stands out among the many others in the dark, it’s lights and displays still active among the rows of unpowered units. Its lever gleams, shiny and golden. You feel compelled to pull the lever.

As you pull the lever, the machine springs to life! It’s a mimic!

Roll for initiative!

I am not sure a game rated for 7 years and up is allowed to have gambling.

I’d totally get down on some in-game d&d…

Player made boards and all. That’d be hella fun

It doesn’t have to be used for gambeling, just a Random Number Generator to help mini games as well.

Just call it something else and using cute furry animals for the pics or dice numbers!

I am not worried about the random number generator. . they must have something to do the RNG in the game now. . I was more concerned about casinos or slot machines

Pokemon had gambling.

I tried to do this in beta and never finished the project.

Tried again in live, and never finished there either!

Maybe some day I’ll get inspired enough to finish a boundless d&d plot, but some basic adventure tools would go a long way in that endeavor.

According to the site it has to be Pegi 12

Video games that show violence of a slightly more graphic nature towards fantasy characters or non-realistic violence towards human-like characters would fall in this age category. Sexual innuendo or sexual posturing can be present, while any bad language in this category must be mild. Gambling as it is normally carried out in real life in casinos or gambling halls can also be present (e.g. card games that in real life would be played for money).

So I guess as long as it does not mimic real life gambling?

Edit more info:

The game contains elements that encourage or teach gambling. These simulations of gambling refer to games of chance that are normally carried out in casinos or gambling halls. Games with this sort of content are PEGI 12, PEGI 16 or PEGI 18.

What isn’t labelled as a casino, isn’t a casino

Community games with a “prize” take place almost everyday :speak_no_evil:
