Color numbers in tint description

Created a new topic for better visibility. The modified file to get color numbers can be downloaded here. For christmas version Download file and overwrite existing in Boundless\assets\archetypes. Make a backup to easily revert later. Ingame it looks like this [20200512155745_1] Supports numbers for English and German

Patches with language changes always reset the changes and a new file is required to get numbers and the new names.
