I’ve laid out some communal plots, here’s how it roughly looks (vis is a bit broken though):
I’ve laid a grid for roads and communal spaces with empty 2x2 spaces for you all to claim as your own private 2x2 area. There’s a larger communal space at the front for a town square. The communal spaces can be edited by:

I like Nyuudles idea for each build being bakery themed (we should also probably have an HQ / Bakery with all the blocks stored).
