Can you share a game log of it failing on testing. Also what do you get if you browse to https://gs-testing.playboundless.com:8902/ in a web browser? It should just go to a text page with “Boundless Discovery Server” on it
Yep that’s the right log but that looks like one from when you’re on the standard version of the game. So if you switch to the testing beta and run it again (i.e. make it fail to connect) and then post a copy of the log after doing that then we might be able to see why it’s failing on the testing version.
I don’t seem to be able to open the dump file how I’d expect, it’s possible that pastebin is messing it up somehow, can you try emailing it to support@turbulenz.com and I’ll see if I can debug it then.
The dev team are based in the UK and it’s quite close to midnight here at the moment. They have been known to prowl the forums late at night though , so you may get an answer, but most likely not at least for another 8-10 hours (minimum) I’d think (it’s also bank holiday weekend here).
It might be worth sticking with the live version for the time being, until they’ve had time to investigate your issue and offer up any possible solutions or suggestions for you to try.
this may now be marked as solved - i had to unistall steam (inc everything QQ) because windows updates was bugging it out somehow - i can now enter testing phase \o/
