[BUG] Testing 224 - Debug info on growth-scale reports incorrect data or significance unclear

the debug window data doesnt account for lighting conditions which (for gleam) aren’t known on the client (client has gleam of course, but its mixed up with all the other block-lighting so cant distinguish it client side from non-gleam block lighting). I do want to include some data sent from the server here about what you are looking at which could then be shown in the debug window too (and whatever HUD details we will do for crops) but will have a short delay based on your latency before it c…
