Can we have a toggle switch to turn off snow on private worlds?

Can we have the weather controls introduced in the previous release … actually introduced into the graphics settings menu where they should’ve been from the start?

I finally found where I saw the (admittedly old) intention to associate weather with gameplay, which would explain why removal in survival is associated with gameplay cost.

We could like to link some more game play to the weather. It’s been on the todo list for a while.

For example, we have elemental rain that doesn’t really do anything at the moment.

Elemental clouds are an indicator for elemental weather. (Which will drive gameplay in the future in the same way that the snowy areas spawned more oortmas creatures.)

If weather causes harm to you, you want to be able to see it. If the “clear weather” quirk also prevents you from, say, getting burnt by fire rain, that shouldn’t be a setting.

Disclaimer: Snow as implemented sucks and should be changed.

FTFY, over all the weather in this game sucks, its like some one forgot to apply a alpha to the particle effects.
