3 x 3 or if possible. I’ll go bigger if I have to but will need to change that sections design

Yeah, I was thinking 3x3 would be minimum size. Tried a few things out and realized that 4x4 or 4x5 is really required to get E and W right. And by size I mean the entire surface with margins around letters. letters themselves are 2-3 blocks wide and/or tall.
Never happy with N and I did a few different shapes up to 5x5. Did several options for other letters too, but N was the only one I didn’t really like much any version. I will post a few screens in a few.

so, I went for flat chiselling rather than going for full block shape - so, half thick blocks in front of another layer (in this case I used deco gleam, so the letters shine at night); then chisel through to get holes in the desired shape

I’ll see if that works. The walls are on an odd count. So i might try to do it 5widex4high and see if it even looks decent lol

I like me a chisel challenge. 
I love chiseling so much. My favourite part of building. Figuring out how to get shapes I want stimulates my brain a lot. 
It can get frustrating too with smaller bits. In voxel world the smaller the build, the harder to get complex shapes.

Did a summoning dance in front of the Centraforge. Sacrificed several stacks of blood and promised her my firstborn.
It didn’t work, again only failed attempts, after the 100 I gave up and uninstalled Boundless again.

There might be some forgers who would help you address this in several ways. If you’re using Vansten’s tutorial try using one from HOST or Wakenbake or Giorgio? A specific t6 tool format if that’s what you need.
My personal advice without even knowing what you’re doing would be consider trying what you are but replace some decon with boon removal I in your deck. If you’re spending that much money you could try with a transmute even.
Sometimes I accidentally get T3 - T4 tools just accidentally while forging for T11 with nothing but pure boon. I can’t imagine using a reasonable method you achieve 300+ attempts with actually zero success.
The last time I ordered 432 tools it took 2 forgers but I got them in three days. I ordered some simple tools but I suspect a polite request would get you some, even if it’s not 100 T6 tools per day.

Uhm today I cooked 112 stacks of glass with soils I dug up yesterday.
I gathered 2 inventories of igneous,. made them into stones, then some poles, doors, etc…
2 trips to T7 for a little over half a million coins.
Some other catch up crafting, a bit more soil farming, that’s pretty much it today.
Got some new glasses IRL

Not sure if she’s completely done yet or if I’ll be ripping parts out again.
And the surrounding deco isn’t done yet. So the area looks bare …
but here is Myrwyn. Offering up the bowl of three pearls to passersby.
The rocks she’s on I think I’ll change out for something darker. They blend in too much with her tail.

I thought you were only allowed to run one shop in Sunset Forge Market? - Well, never mind. The shop looks great and if I ever install Boundless again and the Centraforge is still on strike there will be a new regular customer there as long as the prices are right and there is enough in stock.
