Please let me know. I am brand new to the game and I wanna join a server that gives me a pleasurable experience and not one where I have to log back in and find my items destroyed from griefers lol. Thank you.
According to the last inofficial survey you should find people on Lapas, Kovah or Xewell.
As far as i know there is a more or less active build project on lapas so i would bet on this world if you really like to find someone by acident 
you can always see if there are players online if you turn on the debug options “.” (point key). In the upper left corner are all active players on the server.
