How Long have they grown, that is Not much .
Sure you have Epic skilled? Used right Charakter?
Should been Minimum 85 shreds for50%

Did you know you can put Lava in the same space as the deco gravel and still be able to plant on it?

Not necessarily. It doesn’t calculated the odds over the total plants you have. At each plant you have a % chance of getting crops or not.

I was using 35% as an example. I know it’s 55% with the epic skill

I understand your point and would usually agree but my time, energy and cost has been paid 10 times over already with kindling because of how long I’ve been doing it. Everything is bonus for me at this point. Kindling is the only thing I sell and when I did price match I would barely sell some and my inventory just got larger.

This thread reminded me i have a tiny (relative to everyones here) kindling farm…i forgot i had it.

my farm is 10x20 plots and four floors high, i tend to it when i have the motivation to, dont feel bad for neglecting it from time to time

Even with the Farm Epic and 35% crop it can still dip below that %. I have been keeping track of my harvests for awhile now and I am averaging 51.3% for the last 28 harvests.

Thats OK i have nearly 53% , IT depends on how Long the field has grown .

I am still working on procuring the decorative refined black gravel :slight_smile:
I also have a lot of thinking if I should:

  • find a new place for the farm
  • build it in the air - easiest but ugly
  • build it on the ground near my base - but have to erase a lot of trees and waste plots
  • build it underground - takes a lot of ground clearing

You could try to hire someone from the upcoming auction for an hour to help you clear trees, plant seeds or build it :man_shrugging:t3:

I suggest using bombs to clear ground. Or ask people to go help you mine it out or bomb it.
When I build a big thing underground what I usually do is clear a 3 blocks high surface at the top of the plots i want, then I go around and drop bombs, then I go around and plot the space, then I regen the space to make the ground flat

I could probably go help you out over the weekend :slight_smile:

The problem is that the ground I would clear is under my base :slight_smile:
So I need to perhaps start a new base - bigger, better :slight_smile:
Unfortunately, I’m a crappy builder and I only know how to make boxes with windows.

Why Not under your Base?
Don t know how big your Base is but there would be a huge Part covered already because of sunlight. Less Work to do​:wink::wink::wink::wink:

Trick is to use an alt to do the bombing part and just make sure to remove all permissions to that alt. That way it can’t break your base at all
