I’ve been observing the ongoing conversation from the sidelines, and my focus has been more on the positive aspects of the original post rather than delving into the dramatic subjects.
What consistently draws me back to the game is the genuine willingness of fellow players to assist, provide tours, guide newcomers through the mechanics, and even offer starter items. This sense of community is the cornerstone of Boundless. While it’s true that we may not always see eye to eye, there’s one term that I consistently highlight when discussing the game, even with my children – empathy.
Empathy, which entails the capacity to comprehend and share the emotions of another individual, is crucial. We should remember that we’re unaware of the challenges others might be facing in their personal lives. For many, this game serves as an escape from reality, drama, or stress. Exhibiting a bit of empathy and maintaining a respectful approach in our interactions can go a long way.

and this is why I think NPE comes in place, of course, nothing can be prevented all the time, trolls will always be part of a game and forum, but reducing is, is already a start in the right direction.
I feel addressed, I have sold lots of my hoardings to buy the most important things i need, and also giving away coins to people and those that returned to give them a start again
If you are on a public planet of course there are going to be usurpers to your throne because theyre public.Means you gotta share I know thats hard for some. I know being knocked off the throne is like killing your first born to some folks.So you will plot and make up salacious rumors and even dox ppl of all things over a game.
Soon as there were buyable planets I bought one and came back WHY? Because I love the game but the freakin low life politics of a lot of you killed the game for me and thousands of others (who unlike me) didnt want the hassle of having fighting back the bullies.
So my advise is buy your own planet do there whatever you want when you want because you can expect to be bullied if you challenge one of these viceroys that been around since game start, That has always been the “boundless spirit” Plot vs Plot game of thrones atmosphere. Im more than happy to pay to stay away from that drama and for the past year I even stayed off these forums.Im just here to let Mr Tiggs know dont believe anything you cant verifiably be sure of because these cats are VERY good at subversion and then acting like victims.

Are y’all seriously attacking each other in a post about nurturing a positive and respectful community? I feel like you might have missed the point of the post.
Some people seem to think that the things we do in game and on the forum is in a different universe than the 1 they live in.
This is not the case and therefore the things you do or say in game or forum can effect you in real life.
This can be effecting a person that gets bullied their mental or general health.
It can also mean that the bully thinks he is unaffected behind his keyboard from his actions, but in reality he might have to suffer the consequences from his actions.
That could be getting sued over this or even worse.

I believe a majority of the problems in the game are commenting on this post. This post was support to support positive game play and helpfulness. All thats going on in the commente is a lot of Hate and negative remarks and flagging of posts because some people cant respect that we all have differences. We dont have to agree with each other but respect that other’s decisions arent your own and go about your business. It seems that no matter what is posted in the forums a certain group of people ALWAYS have something to say about it or some snide remarks. Its OLD people! It is a GAME, play to have fun, period!
Having played a dozen or more MMOs over the years I have to say this one has some of the kindest and most considerate players I have ever come across. If someone asked for help in game, on discord, or on these forums there would be a line of players willing to assist. Any drama here is fairly tame in comparison and I am confident that the message behind the original post is one that is already embraced by the community at large. The squabbling that goes on feels to me like a bunch of unruly siblings taking pot shots at each other. Carry on and stay Boundless.
