All I know for sure is that I had to fuel my beacons to start them. And they are counting down just like the ones on the non-sovereign planets. The planet will not last long enough for the fuel to run out to see what happens.

My preference would be that the renter should not need beacon fuel on their own world. Iâm not sure how that would affect Gleam Club though.

Well you still have to make sure the beacon wherever your portal to your rental or rentals is located remains fueled. And if you keep any other beacons in the public universe then those have to be fueled. So it might not be to much of a change.

I suggested it in somewhere in this topic, and that would be my favorite approach to plotting sovereign worlds.
I saw it in the other topic after I finally had a moment to catch up on that one. But didnât notice it here. Tho no one commented towards that idea. Personally I think itâs the best route. But complainers like to complain sooo.
Ah yea the way you worded it misled me. That or I was still half asleep while I was reading lol

Update OP with details of Testing 245.2.
Can anyone still reproduce the issue where you were unable to warp to a private world?
james:
Testing 245.2:
Fixed an issue where adjusting a private worldâs color palette would clear a runtime cache of chunk timestamps used for informing clients the timestamp of chunks they need to request via the CDN. This would cause clients to be able to get out-dated versions of chunks even with client restarts requiring a server restart to reload the correct timestamps from disk so that clients would then be informed to request the up-to-date timestamps again.
Fix bug where blinksecs were shown on a Worldâs Resources/Settlement tab view.
Improve display of timing information for player (and exo) worlds to more closely match Beacons behaviour outside of Warp Conduit (which doesnât show any extra stylings for beacons and so does not for worlds either to be consistent):
show a âfuel barâ for worlds alongside their life time with thresholds appropriate for exo and player worlds (exo being shorter with max at 7 days and âlow fuelâ at 1 day compare to player with âlow fuelâ at 7 days and max currently set to 180 days).
show different icon colours in worlds list for player and exo worlds to highlight those that are âlow fuelâ or that are locked player worlds and for player worlds whether they are owned by you or someone else in addition.
show a warning symbol in red/black matching beacons when a world is âlow fuelâ or âlockedâ.
show a red warning symbol in the Places screen alongside the âWorldsâ tab button matching the Beacons tab whenever there is a world in your list that is âlow fuelâ.
donât show â(locked)â tag on world descriptions in the Places screen where that information is otherwise shown via the glyph color and warning icons (takes up too much space).
donât show the âin your listâ icon for worlds in the Places screen except for the Current World entry (by definition any other world is in your list⌠so pointless to show with an icon that it is in your list.)
Fix issue where when changing world colours at private world start-up, the results of gleam lighting would not always update correctly to represent the changed colour of the gleam blocks.
Known Issues:
Some players appear to crash their worlds when entering via an in-world Warp. The worlds then donât recover. You can warp from the Sanctum using the new Worlds tab. Possibly Resolved with Testing 245.1. Can anyone reproduce this?
Editing some (or too many) of the world colours locks the World Control. This requires a restart to fix. Resolved with Testing 245.1.
Sometimes the worlds chunks will appear to return to their original state. The server thinks the chunks have been modified, but the client presents them in their original state. Resolved with Testing 245.2.
Itâs possible to crash the client by rapidly opening + closing the World Control.

@vdragon this looks similar to the issue you hit? Did you work out how to recover your character?
@Stretchious is that your normal character? Or an alt?
Itâs my normal character. It was last on my sovereign world (which I can still see in the sky).

Can you warp to it via the alt-warp? (On the right?)
No - every saved location is missing itâs information
It sounds similar, although the world shown in the sky is one of the normal worlds as opposed to a sovereign world.
Iâve not been able to recover the character on that particular system as yet.
Iâm lost in between worlds
Iâll try my alt character and see if itâs the same.
Edit: Alt character is the same. I have beacon names, but no further information.

I cannot get to Havran I (through the normal sanctum portal) or warp to any planets in my locations via the right portal. And if I open the worlds list it is blank
The planet in the sky
It says the world is offline
There other perks to gleam club like colored sign text, emojis.
I think it wpuld be fair enough for the owner to not care about fueling the beacons on his own world.
