When using an xbox360 controller on PC, if you have an item equipped in both hands, the left hand item will unequip. Caused me quite a few swinging grapple deaths because of it
To recreate:
-Equip both hands with whatever
-Hold down left joystick and start running
-While running, use right bumper and right joystick to circle between equipment and select a different tool/weapon.
-once selected, the left hand will unequip.
